Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings made between Fine-Tuned Wardrobe Limited (the “Company”) and the customer who engages the Services (defined below) of the Company (the “Client”). 

Services

The services offered by the Company include but are not limited to the following:

    A consultation session via Zoom;

       Fined-Tuned Wardrobe sliver package which includes

·       Connection call

·       Your style mood board 

·       Wardrobe section

·       Follow up notes

 

·        Fined-Tuned Wardrobe Gold package which includes

Connection call

·       Your style mood board

·       Wardrobe section

·       Look book and notes from the session 

·       Client aftercare is offered for 8 weeks over the phone or email

·       Search for missing wardrobe items sustainably 

·       How to resell your own clothes course worth £45

·       Fined-Tuned Wardrobe Platinum package which includes

Connection call 

·       Your style mood board 

·       Wardrobe section

·       Look book and notes from the session 

·       Client aftercare offered for 8 weeks over the phone and email

·       Resale your unwanted clothes  (based on 4 bags)

·       Taking your unwanted clothes to women's shelters and the homeless 

·       Search for missing wardrobe items sustainably 

The Restore Your Style service via Zoom

·       Identifying your true sense of style with a style mood board

·       Styling tips to elevate your style

·       Different ways to restyle the clothes you already have

·       Identifying gaps that you may have in your wardrobe

(the “Services”)

The costs of the Services are to be agreed between the Company and the Client as our  what is included within the Services.   For further details on the Services please see https://finetunedwardrobe.squarespace.com/clothing-stylist-services

Payment for the Services will be discussed between the Company and Client and the Company will send the Client an invoice for the Services. 

Bespoke services for the Client can be discussed and agreed between the Company and Client along with the costs for these services. 

Lookbook means a collection of photographs compiled to show off a

style in order to give viewers ideas on how to style outfits.

Data Collection and Privacy
The Client, by providing the Company with its personal data, which includes name, address, telephone number, age, email address and any potentially other personal data (“Personal Data”) consents to the Company processing the Personal Data to provide the Services. The Company will not process any special category data save for data in respect of food allergies and disabilities in order to provide the Services in a safe and proportionate way.

The Company takes the Client’s privacy very seriously and will not pass the Client’s Personal Data to any third party without the Client’s permission. A complete copy of the Company’s Privacy Policy is found on the Company’s website www.finetunedwardrobe.com (the “Website”).

Confidentiality
Neither the Company or the Client will disclose any information regarding the other which comes into its possession under or in relation to the provision of the Services which is of a confidential nature.

Deposits

The Company may require the Client to pay a deposit when booking the Services (“Deposit”).  The Client must pay the Deposit by the date stipulated by the Company (“Deposit Payment Date”).  The amount of the Deposit will depend on the Services and will be agreed between the Company and the Client.  Should the Client fail to pay the Deposit by the Deposit Payment Date the Company is not obliged to provide the Services or to keep the date free to provide the Services.  If the Client pays the Deposit after the Deposit Payment Date and the Company has already taken a further booking for the same date the Company will contact the Client to agree a new date to provide the Services.

Cancellation Charge
When a Client books any of the Services and then cancels the Services within 7 days of the Services due to take place, a minimum cancellation fee of £75.00 (“Cancellation Fee”) will apply to cover the cost of the preparation spent on the Services by the Company. The Company will invoice the Client for the Cancellation Fee and the Client must pay the Cancellation Fee within 7 days of the date of the invoice.   Any Deposit paid will be offset against the Cancellation Fee.

If any of the Services are cancelled by the Client under 48 hours’ notice to the Company, the Client must pay the cost of the Services in full (the “Fee”). The Company will invoice the Client for the Fee and the Client must pay the Fee within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Any Deposit paid will be offset against the Cancellation Fee.

Entirely at the Company’s discretion, the Cancellation Fee and Fee may be waived.

Payment Options
All invoices raised by the Company should be paid within 7 days of the date of the invoice unless other terms are agreed by the Company.

Payment options and details will appear on the invoice and payment plans can be offered by the Company after a discussion between the Company and the Client. If additional expenses are incurred in respect of the Services the Company will raise an invoice after the Services have been provided.

Travel costs
The Company will charge for all travel costs incurred in travelling to the Client’s address to provide the Services. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile and all car parking fees will be charged at cost to the Client. An invoice will be sent to the Client after the Services for travel expenses.

Getting to know you
All Clients will be asked to complete a ‘Getting to know you’ form (“Form”) prior to the provision of the Services. The aim of the Form is to provide the Company with some basic information to enhance the Services provided by the Company.

Ongoing Support/ after care
For certain Services, the Company will provide the Client with after sales support for a maximum of eight weeks after completion of the Services.

If the Client should require such support, the Client should email the Company info@finetunedwardrobe.com to arrange a convenient time for the Company to contact the Client with a summary of what the client would like to discuss. 

From time to time the Company may contact the Client to ensure it is happy with the Services and to see if there is any other services or support the Company may supply the Client.

Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers for the Company are valid for six months from the date of purchase which is confirmed on the voucher itself or by of email.

Resell

All clothes, footwear and accessories provided by the Client to the Company for the Company to resell (“Client’s Articles”) are priced at the Company’s discretion and sold by the Company by way of pop-up shops, Instagram live sales and online selling sites. 

Once the Company commences selling the Client’s Articles, it will spend up to 8 weeks (or longer at the Company’s discretion) selling the Client’s Articles (“Sale Period”). If any of the Client’s Articles are not sold during the Sales Period, the Company will either donate the Client’s Articles to charity or return them to the Client at the Client’s discretion. 

All profits made from the sale of the Client’s Articles will be split 50/50 between the Company and Client. Payment of the Client’s 50% will be made to the Client after the Sale Period.  

Donations 

If the Client wants to donate any of the Client’s Articles after the Sale Period to charity, all donations will be made by the Company on the Client’s behalf to homeless shelters or women’s centers.  


Privacy Statement

The purpose of this statement is to explain to you (“Client”) what personal information Fine Tuned Wardrobe (“Company”) will collect and how the Company may use it.

1. About Us

The website www.finetunedwardrobe.com (“Website”) is owned and operated by the Company, whose company number is 12797960, whose registered address is Worth Corner Business Centre, Turners Hill Rd, Pound Hill, Crawley RH10 7SL

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from the Client. The Company strictly adheres to the requirements of all data protection legislation applicable in the UK.

The Company is registered with the ICO- Registration Number C1078447

4. Information the Company collect about you and how we use it

When you visit the Website, you may be asked to complete a ‘get in touch’ form (“Form”).  This Form will ask for your name, email address, and other personal information so the Company may contact you further.  

On receipt of the information in the Form, the Company may request further personal information from the Client such as the address, phone number and other personal information to discuss and provide the Company’s services (as defined in the Company’s Terms and Conditions) (“Services”). 

The Company does not collect sensitive information (also known as special categories of information) about the Client except when the Client provides such information or has consented to this. Examples are providing information about food allergies in a situation where food maybe provided or a disability so the Company can ensure the Company can accommodate your needs when providing its services. 

The Company may sometimes obtain information from google analytics.

5. What the Company does with your Information

The Company will use the Client’s personal information for several purposes which could include the following:

• Providing the Services which includes providing the Client with information about the Company and its Services.

  • To deal with the Client’s requests and queries.

• For administration purposes. 

• To provide personalised communications.

• To contact the Client with newsletters (unless you say otherwise).

• For analysis and research to improve the Services and events offered by the Company.

  • The use of photos that don’t show who the client identity will be used as part of the Company marketing.

  • Copy rights to all Lookbooks and ebooks remain with the Company. Can not be sold on or published without Company promotion

6. What if I don’t provide some or all of the information requested?

The impact of this will depend on what information is withheld but could mean:

• The Company may not be able to contact you to discuss the Company’ services. 

• The Company may not be able to respond fully to requests and queries you may have.

• The Company cannot personalise the Services you receive. 

You can withhold consent to marketing communications at any time. It will only stop you receiving marketing communications from the Company. It will not impact any other service the Company provides you with.

7. Will You be contacted for Marketing Purposes?

The Company will use your personal information to update you about any new services by email. The Company will only contact you with your consent. You will provide this either when you fill in the Form or by agreement with the Company.

You are entitled to withhold consent and opt out from receiving such communications at any time by contacting the Company. 

8. What grounds (legal basis) does the Company have to process the Client’s personal data?

There are several lawful grounds that the Company processes your personal data such as:

• Contractual – so the Company can perform the contract for the services you have requested from the Company.

• Legal – the Company could be legally required to contact you.

• Legitimate interest – this means the processing of your data is in the Company’s interest. It allows the Company to manage the relationship effectively with the Client and to improve the services we provide.

• Consent – where you have given the Company consent to process your data.

9. Sharing your Information with Third Parties

The Company will not share any of the Client’s personal information without the Client’s consent.

11. What if I am aged under 16?

The Company does not provide services to under 16’s.

12. How the Company protects the Client’s Information

The Company will store the information provided by the Client and will use appropriate measures for the safe storage and use of information provided to the Company and will also take appropriate measures to prevent the unauthorised access to, loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. These include access control, firewalls and virus checking procedures.

13. How long does the Company hold the Client’s personal data for?

Some of the information provided to us is necessary for the Company to carry out the Services and so you can come back to the Company again for further services without having to provide the same information again. The Company will keep this information for as long as agreed or for up to three years after the Services have been provided.

Some information may be required for longer periods such as financial information for HMRC purposes, usually a maximum of 7 years.

The Company does not retain your payment card information. It is keyed directly into the payment processor’s system when you provide it.

14. Your rights regarding your Personal Information

Under the data protection laws you may have several rights with respect to your personal information which are:

• Obtaining a copy of your Information

• Deleting your information

• Data Portability

• Restricting Processing

• Right to object to processing

16. Right of complaint to the Regulator for Data Protection

The data protection laws in the UK are regulated and enforced by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Everyone has the right to raise a concern/complaint to the ICO if they have any concerns about how their personal information and/or privacy is treated. 18. Updates to this Policy

The Company may update this Policy at any time without notice. The Company may tell the Client that it has updated the policy by emailing the Client at the email address provided to the Company or by posting an update on the Website.
